We have a wealth of experience in designing and installing all brands of bathrooms and kitchens. From Ikea and Homebase to Boffi and Leicht. We have trade contacts and accounts with a large number of suppliers and can plan your design, supply all fittings, carry out plumbing, electrics, flooring, wall tiling and carpentry. You can be assured that the finish will be flawless and the project delivered efficiently and on time.
We can provide a fast, friendly and reliable service covering all aspects of carpentry, bespoke joinery and woodwork painting. We specialise in making built-in and made to measure furniture such as custom fitted contemporary and traditional wardrobes, cupboards, bookcases, cabinets, shelving units, fitted alcove units, floating shelves, shelving units, radiator covers and stairs.
The work ethos is quality before anything. They do not cut corners where quality of service is concerned. they always put the customer first. If the previous builder had missed something out, they will fix it to ensure complete saitsifaction.
What I noticed is that a lot more forethought goes into the preparation of your project. They have a creative flair coupled with an unrivalled attention to detail. What this means is that you get a highly finished, quality piece of work that you will be very happy with. Even down to the perfect tiling levels.
They are also the most trustworthy team I have met and I would recommend them time and time again for quality projects, based on my fantastic bathroom.
Rupert and Hamish are, without a doubt, two of the most charming characters we have come across in the building and decorating trade. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none, and when tricky work needs solving they are quick to come up with plausibly smart suggestions. The guys are incredibly punctual, great communicators and insistent on tidying up behind them every day - an OCD client’s dream!
We have had varying works completed by Rupert and Hamish over the last 3 years: bespoke storage and desk space using slightly unorthodox materials in 2 x kids’ bedrooms; refurbishment of hallway stairs; under-stair storage construction and design; bathroom refurbishment; decorating across all ‘projects'. All work has been completed to the very highest standard and when each project finishes we are genuinely sad to see them leave. As/when we are ready for the next phase of refurbishment they will be the first (possibly only) outfit that we consider for the work. We would highly recommend their services.
Over many years working in the construction industry we have experienced many different types of contractor. TW were probably the most user-friendly we have worked with, perhaps because the directors, Hamish Tavendale and Rupert Woollacott are constantly onsite. The project manager’s supervision roll is made more easy. It is with pleasure that we can say that we will be happy to work with them again and can give them the strongest of recommendations

I am very happy to recommend TW Property Services. I engaged them to carry out a complete fit out of a new beauty salon. Their work ethic & finishing was excellent, they stuck to a very tight schedule & were happy to go the extra mile to meet my opening deadline. The whole team was personable & professional & I would definitely chose TW for any future projects.
TW have done an excellent job for us. Our flat hadn’t been redecorated for 20 years and it need a complete refresh – new bathroom, decorating throughout, fitted shelving units installed – and as part of the work the flat needed to be slightly reconfigured and some walls and doors were moved. Access to our third floor flat was somewhat limited but the guys did an excellent job of minimizing disruption to other flat owners and keeping the work very tidy - particularly impressive was their tidying up at the end of every day.
The TW team kept us fully up to date with what they were doing and provided value-added suggestions to modify the work where it was required (and also indicated where they didn’t need to do things to save cost). They liaised with the Westminster Building Reg department to get all required sign offs in a timely manner.
All work was completed to time and budget and we’re really happy with the result which has significantly increased the value of our home.
Just a line to thank you not only for my beautiful floor, but also for all the help you gave me. I can’t tell you how I appreciated it.. You really went over and above the call of duty, and were so kind. i shall make sure anybody (and everybody!) I know and come into contact with who ever mentions ‘floors’ will get your full details!

Rupert and Hamish replaced some stair treads, and secured others, for us recently. They are both great guys, with a very healthy work attitude and standard of finish to match. They arrived when they said they would, took time, care and attention over the job, cleaned up thoroughly and even did extra bits for us/recommended what else might need to be done – without any of the usual sales pressurised patter. My Mum said she’d never met workmen like them – I think she was quite taken with their polite, professional, yet friendly manner! An excellent and thorough job, at a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend them & would have no hesitation in having them in again for another job – large or small.
